It was a very bad experience to stay here in haridwar. The room was very small and not comfortable, it was not clean, the tv was not working, ac was very slow, the fan was also making noise. Support was not received from some staff, negligence was seen.

If you are going only for stay in rooms, it is fine. But you will not get any other help like service and food even tea you will not get from there. Hotel is far from hear ki paudi. It wil take 20 min without traffic but due to construction it takes around 1 hour to reach and 1 hour to come back.

desk staff was not good in hospitality.. at evening I demanded pakoda and they refused to take order.
